Collaboration is not to be confused with commission or offer. Collaboration between artists happens when they contribute in terms of their competencies and skills to some common project.
So, any proposal coming from an artist to collaborate with Diana Volkova Solo Project by us always will be interpreted as the intention to create music together and then (if that should be the case) to monetize it.
